Due to the nature of sealed products in the TCG (Trading Card Game) industry, we do not offer returns. Each product is sealed and its value is highly dependent on its condition and rarity, which cannot be guaranteed once the seal is broken.

Cancellation requests can be made before shipment. However, a 3% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This fee covers the non-refundable processing fee incurred during the initial order placement.

We strive to ensure prompt delivery of your orders, with most items typically shipping within 24-48 hours of payment receipt. However, for pre-orders and back-ordered items, please refer to the item description for specific shipping timelines.
 

Pre-Order Policy:

When ordering a Pre-Order (or Back-Order item), all other items in the cart will be shipped with the Pre-Order item. This means that if a Pre-Order item ships in 1 month, you'll need to wait 1 month for all other items in the cart. If you want non-pre-order items shipped right away, please add them to a separate cart and check out with a separate order. Orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially cancelled.

Pre-Order and Back-Order purchases will be charged to your card/PayPal immediately upon purchase. Orders can be cancelled before shipment but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee.
